Synopsis:

“Love Me, Love Me” (2026) is a romantic drama film directed by Roger Kumble and based upon the novel by Stefania S. Thid film released on February 12, 2026, on Amazon Prime Video.

The film tells the story of June, a teenager who moves to Milan after her brother's death. At her new international school, June meets two bestfriends, Will and James. June gets caught in a love triangle between Will and James, who have very different personalities. Will offers security and stability, while James has a strong and dangerous charm.

The film explores themes such as love, loss, and identity, set against the backdrop of an elite international school. Reviews of the film are positive, with many praising the actors' abilities in portraying their characters.

This film stars: Mia Jenkins, Pepe Barroso, Luca Melucci, Andrea Guo, Michelangelo Vizzini and more.

In my opinion:

Okay, another romance drama has arrived at my table. This time, it's a teenage romance, and I feel it's not ordinary. I'll have a hard time guessing if this romance is a love triangle. Moreover, it's about friends, even like brothers, who like the same girl. Well, is this an ordinary romance drama? Oh, certainly not.

First, the strength of the film lies in the actor, Pepe Barroso. You women will have a hard time not falling for the character James Hunter he portrays. Super elegant bad boy with strong principles and loyal to friends.

Second, I'm annoyed with the female actor, Mia Jenkins. The character she plays is June White, who is truly fragile and lacks determination. I think, how can this woman be fought over? (haha). However, the ending is unexpected, with a stab in the back that unfortunately isn't explained in detail.

There's a moral message I caught in this film, where June tries to be honest but isn't trusted. This is a bad situation. If someone isn't valued for their honesty in childhood or teenager, they'll refuse to be honest in the future. This is serious and TRUE!

In terms of film, visual, audio, and cinematography are well-made. As for the story, some may say the love triangle is ordinary, but I'm sure this time it's presented with a different taste.

However, I want to inform you that there are LGBTQ elements in this film. So, I hope you handle it wisely.

For me this one is 7.5/10
